DAY RATES

Westwind Guides guided fly fishing day rates are based on either a full day or a half day on the water. 1-2 guests per guide is the standard. Full-day bookings are the most common, and you can expect 6 -8 hours on the water. Half-day bookings can expect 3 -4 hours on the water.

Full-day float trips and walk-wade trips cost $650 per day.

Half-day float trips and walk-wade trips cost $550 per day.

What is provided:
Transportation to and from the river, riverside lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, flies, tippet, and other terminal tackle as needed.

What isn’t provided:
Montana fishing license, YNP fishing license, entrance fee (if necessary), required gear (see “Your Trip” page), guide gratuity.

For your trip:
Boat rods and rental waders and gear can easily be arranged before your trip.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to hold dates. Balance due the day of the scheduled trip.

Cancellation policy:
Westwind Guides L.L.C. is not responsible for in-climate weather conditions, poor traveling conditions, or high/muddy water conditions. Trips will not be refunded for these reasons.

Trips that are canceled more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled trip are eligible for a deposit refund; cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled trip will not be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip or “no shows” will require full payment of the trip. Westwind Guides guided fly fishing day rates represent full and half-day guided trips and additional charges may apply if add-ons (i.e. a specific shore lunch) are requested.
